Today I'm thinking about making a list of lists...
Not a seasonal list (even though there's much to remember as I quick-step between my worlds) - actually, there is a potential list there...
No - this list is much bigger - it's a list of me...
Included (in no particular order as I tend to do things all at once) are:
Musicky bit
Everything else bit
Teachery bit
This is the surface of a huge list, but like me, perhaps you think a list can often make it all seem - well, alright.
In appreciation of lists: they can help with sleeplessness; they're often written on coloured pieces of paper; you can tick things off; sometimes you can rip them into lots of tiny pieces of jewel coloured paper (occasionally pastel); you can make small mounds of tiny pieces of jewel coloured paper (occasionally pastel). Star (the small hound) was once adept at this task. I could go on, but...
I don't always like lists
They remind me, which admittedly is useful and increasingly essential, but then they remind me, of things that could be not so remembered all of the time. At least for a while...
If lists of life were shapes, I could perhaps choose one for each element of me. Although, the shapes would need to bend, flex, stretch...ultimately shift. I'm sure you know what I mean.
Picture soft edgeless shapes; ones where you mostly see the colours - fluid; a cone (maybe a pyramid) - ones with a tip and endless depth.
Consequently, when you start wondering about shapes and colours, lists get lost.
That's better...
Lists get lost.
